The Power of a Sincere Apology
Apologies happen—sometimes multiple times a day. We apologize when we unintentionally say something hurtful, when we make a mistake at work, or when we bump into somebody on the street. And then there are the bigger apologies—those that we should have addressed months or years ago. Maybe we said something to alienate someone, perhaps we judged too quickly or did something that we regret. Saying “I'm sorry” remains one of the hardest things to do. We justify our actions, we present half-apologies, we blame the one we’ve hurt, or we expect something in return. Yet a true apology can clear the air and potentially heal a relationship.

Run a car on vegetable oil
One alternative fuel, amongst several options. This company is reputable, nice, and reliable. They made the on-board filtration unit I use for cleaning veggie oil, and it works really well on the road. It is amazing that you can pull up to a giant tank of oil behind a restaurant, and right there clean it and pour it into the fuel tank.

Growing Organic Food keeps pesticides and herbicides out of your body and the earth, saves you money, is easier than many people think, and keeps big Monsanto out of your food . Using heirloom seeds preserves the seed pool, which is vital. Monsanto would have it, through their terminator seeds, that each time a farmer or gardener uses their seeds, those plants do not produce viable seed- the farmer must return to Monsanto to buy seed each season, creating an unprecedented dependence on a company to obtain simple fruits and vegetables- something the earth offers us everywhere for free and in an untampered state (some potatoes from Monsanto have been dually classified by the FDA as a food and a pesticide.
